Laci Hoskins
Laci founded NovoSustainability, LLC in 2017 with a goal of guiding clients through the process of marrying sustainable design and construction principles with employee health and wellness initiatives. She is dedicated to fulfilling the NovoSustainability vision of supporting a world where governments, corporations, organizations, and individuals live by three simple rules: to do no harm, to do good, and to actively engage with each other in our communities. She has a background in project management and operations which gives her a strong foundation for helping clients develop company-wide strategies as well as implementing project-specific plans.

Kristin Rivera
Kristin has over 10 years of experience in sustainability consulting and program management. Prior to joining NovoSustainability, Kristin focused on corporate sustainability program development. She was responsible for helping her previous employer launch its first data-driven sustainability report and expand their corporate social responsibility programming efforts.

Aliza Skolnik
Aliza has 16 years of experience in sustainable and healthy solutions for built environments. She specializes in improving the well-being of the people who occupy the communities, buildings and workplaces we design. She has a background in Systems Engineering, Energy Modeling, CFD Analysis, and Commissioning, which quickly blossomed into a green rating system project management role.
